Terms and Conditions.
Upon payment of your deposit and bond you are agreeing to retain services provided by D.D Weddings & Events.
- D.D Weddings & Events are at liberty to charge a refundable damages bond of $250 and a non refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost of your wedding or event, at the commencement and acceptance of our services. By paying your deposit and bond you agree to contractual work being carried out by us and agree that these terms and conditions serve as a binding contract between yourself and D.D Weddings & Events.
- D.D Weddings & Events reserves the right to terminate any contract or agreed upon services of these terms if a breach of these terms and conditions occurs. Upon partial or full payment of your quoted cost you agree to D.D Weddings commencing supply of service and you agree to these terms and conditions and are subject to the following;
- The client is liable for any repair costs incurred by D.D Weddings and Events if you or someone attending your event causes damage to our equipment or any product supplied by us that exceeds your $250 damages bond.
- The client is responsible for costs incurred by D.D Weddings & Events if a cancellation of your event occurs. Including monies owing for work already carried out by D.D Weddings & Events, employees or subcontractors.
- Payments made by the client are non refundable with exception to the damages bond in the event that no damage is caused by the client, their guests or anyone associated with the client.
- Neither party is liable if a termination occurs due to a Government lockdown/pandemic restrictions. Refunds will not be issued for work already undertaken by D.D Weddings & Events.
- You agree to indemnify D.D Weddings and Events member(s), employees, managing directors and owners from and against all claims and/or suits by third party's for damages, injuries to guests or persons, property damage, losses, and expenses including court costs and legal representative's fees arising arising out of, or resulting from, D.D Weddings & Events services under this agreement.
- The client agrees to D.D Weddings & Events using photos and videos publication of the client’s event on social media platforms, websites and other platforms, pursuant to any photos and videos containing item/items of D.D Weddings & Events products or materials.
- The client agrees to provide D.D Weddings & Events with full payment no later than fourteen days prior to the date of the event.
- The client may reasonably request to vary agreed upon event schedule and/or a change to supply of product in the event that the request does not cause cost to D.D Weddings & Events and is subject to approval prior to changes occurring.
- The client will be liable for all costs to D.D Weddings & Events pertaining to a request for changes to scheduling or products.
D.D Weddings & Events agrees to provide a quality service to the client.
A minimum fee of $250 will be payable immediately by the client if any heavy duty cleaning of equipment, materials and products is required to be undertaken as a result of the clients event.
